NGO Response to Scottish Bill Proposals

The NGO has made a full response to proposals by the Scottish Executive for a new Wildlife and Environment Bill north of the Border.
As well as having members in Scotland to represent, the NGO is very aware that legislative developments in one of the Home nations have a habit of spreading to others, so getting it right in Scotland is very important.
