NGO Free Ads Take Off

A new National Gamekeepers' Organisation facility for members to advertise free of charge on the NGO website is proving very popular.
NGO Members' Free Ads is a unique benefit of NGO membership and is already being used by over 50 members a week. Gamekeeper and Supporter Members place their own free 25-word advert on the NGO website, which receives thousands of hits a week.
An NGO spokesman said, "We are always looking to give excellent value for money with our membership package and this new facility is a first in the fieldsports world. We hope that in time even more members will use it to advertise sporting equipment, dogs, shooting, stalking and fishing, and that the general public will find it a helpful place to shop."
All submitted ads are checked by the NGO before appearing on the site and the organisation reserves the right to refuse anything unsuitable.
Chris Wild, the NGO Chairman for Yorkshire, said: "I am really thrilled this has gone ahead. The idea came up from the grass roots NGO in Yorkshire earlier this year, where members felt it would be helpful for selling odd days shooting."
The new facility is live on the NGO website.
