The Value of Shooting

Launched this week, a major new report clearly demonstrates that shooting brings immense economic, conservation and social benefits to the UK on an almost unimaginable scale. The independent research was carried out by the Cambridge-based Public and Corporate Economic Consultants (PACEC) and was commissioned by 17 leading shooting and countryside organisations, including the NGO. It is the most comprehensive - and by implication perhaps the most important - piece of research into the value of shooting ever undertaken in the UK.
