The Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Committee (EFRA) has launched a call for evidence on wildfire risk and response as part of its wider work on climate and weather resilience.
With wildfire risk increasing across the UK, this is an important opportunity to ensure that the practical experience of gamekeepers and land managers is properly represented, particularly around fuel management, controlled burning, and working in challenging upland environments.
EFRA is seeking views on a range of issues, including land management approaches, wildfire prevention, funding support, and emergency response.
Deadline for submissions: 15 May
